We are open Monday through Friday with both morning and evening appointments for your convenience.

Our receptionists schedule appointments and answer questions during office hours.
After hours, you may leave a message on the answering machine requesting scheduling changes, and our receptionist will return your call on the next business day.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible, so that we may be of service to other patients.
If you miss an appointment, our receptionist will call to reschedule. If you tend to forget appointments, ask her to call you beforehand to remind you.
We try our best to stay on schedule, but delays occasionally arise. Should your appointment be delayed, we apologize for the inconvenience and ask your understanding in this matter.
Rates/Insurance information
Our fees are competitive with, or better than, those of most chiropractors. Our receptionists will be happy to discuss service charges with you. Please do not hesitate to discuss fees if you have any questions or special needs. One of our goals is to provide affordable chiropractic care for entire families, and we appreciate your suggestions.
We expect payment at the time of service unless arrangements have been made prior to the appointment.
If you have insurance, please pay your deductible or co-pay on each visit. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill the insurance company for the rest. However, please be aware that you will be expected to pay any charges not covered by your insurance provider.
This office accepts most HMOs and insurance policies.
Privacy Policy
Your health history, x-rays and adjusting records are held in strictest confidence. They are held on file in our office, but can be loaned to other offices if needed. Information cannot be released without your express written authorization. It cannot be done over the phone. Please give us as much time as possible to transfer records. If we must use next-day delivery service to deliver records in time, you will be billed for this service.
Please notify the receptionist immediately if you have a change of address, telephone number, or insurance carrier.
